This website is dedicated to the review study on the Ecodesign and Energy Regulations on Ventilation Units regarding the existing Regulations EU 1253/2014 (Ecodesign requirements for ventilation units) and EU 1254/2014 (energy labelling of residential ventilation units). Read more about the study.

Information on the Working Document and Consultation Forum

The working documents and consultation forum are in preparation with the European Commission. Consultation forum members will receive an invitation and the related documents directly from the EC.

29 April 2020	2nd Stakeholder meeting - update Due to the ongoing COVID-19 measures, the European Commission has decided for the 2nd Stakeholder Meeting on 7 May 2020 to be held as an online meeting.

3 April 2020	2nd Stakeholder meeting Due to the COVID-19 emergency, the second stakeholder meeting on the review of the Ecodesign and Energy Labelling Regulations on ventilation units, initially planned for April 22nd, is postponed to Thursday May 7th 2020. Depending on the evolution of the situation, the meeting will take place in Brussels or as a web conference (or as an hybrid, i.e. a physical meeting also in web streaming, with the possibility for people remotely connected to interact in writing). We will keep you updated. Inception impact assessment Please be also informed that the ‘inception impact assessment’ related to this review has been published on the ‘Have your say’ website of the European Commission, at: Ecodesign requirements for ventilation units (review) Energy labelling for residential ventilation units (review) The ‘inception impact assessment’ is the same for both initiatives. Stakeholders can send their feedback until April 29th 2020.
